Rachel Duvall is the founder and acting CEO of the program. She is also on staff as Ladies Ministry Assistant of The Most Excellent Way ministry at the First Baptist Church of Panama City, as well as a contract worker with the Bay County Jail, hired to meet the spiritual needs of the female population, aiding them with re-entry upon release.
In these roles, she has seen the immense need for transitional housing for women and opened the first Humble House Transitional Recovery Housing program in September 2020 in Panama City, Florida. The program now has 3 homes, 2 in Bay County, and one in Tallahassee, Florida.
