Meet Our Team

Founder + CEO + Executive Director
Rachel Duvall
Rachel Duvall is the founder and acting CEO of the program. She is also on staff as Ladies Ministry Assistant of The Most Excellent Way ministry at the First Baptist Church of Panama City, as well as a contract worker with the Bay County Jail, hired to meet the spiritual needs of the female population, aiding them with re-entry upon release. In these roles, she has seen the immense need for transitional housing for women and opened the Humble House Transitional Recovery Housing program in September 2020 in Panama City, Florida.

Tallahassee Managing Director
Brittany Seachrist
Brittany Seachrist is the Managing Director of our Tallahassee ministry and is also currently employed with Teen Challenge's Men's Center, as an Administrative Assistant. Brittany formerly served in the Most Excellent Way ministry in Panama City for 6 years and worked as a case manager at Bethel Village, a women's faith based recovery program. She has a heart for women who are struggling with addiction and has the desire to duplicate the ministry that helped set her free 6 years ago.

Marketing Director
Krystal Bollinger
As Marketing Director, Krystal is focused on telling the bigger ministry story outside the walls of the homes. Responsibilities include all external communications regarding the ministry (website design, social media content, newsletters, press releases, event activation). She joined the team in February of 2021.
Prior to Humble House, she had a 15 year career building local marketing strategies for the McDonald's brand across multiple regions of the United States, including local roles with Ronald McDonald House fundraising.
