Humble House Ministries Staff

Rachel Duvall is the founder and acting CEO of the program. Rachel has over 17 years of experience in addiction ministry. She was the previous Director over Bethel Village's faith based recovery program and homeless shelter for women and children with the Panama City Rescue Mission. She is also on staff as Ladies Ministry Assistant of The Most Excellent Way ministry at the First Baptist Church of Panama City, as well as a contract worker with the Bay County Jail, hired to meet the spiritual needs of the female population, aiding them with re-entry upon release. In these roles, she has seen the immense need for transitional housing for women which brought her to open the Humble House Transitional Recovery Housing program in September 2020 in Panama City, Florida

Brittany Seachrist is the Director of our Tallahassee Ministry Branch. Brittany formerly served in the Most Excellent Way ministry in Panama City for 6 years. She also previously worked as a Case Manager under Rachel Duvall at Bethel Village's faith based recovery program for women with the Panama City Rescue Mission. She has a heart for women who are struggling with addiction. Watching them be set free and learn their new identity in Christ is one of her greatest joys. She is certified in Genesis Process Counseling, a Relapse Prevention tool that is part of our curriculum, as well as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist with the State of Florida.

Brittany Seachrist
Tallahassee Director 

Crystal is a Transitional Case Manager for the ladies at Humble House. Working directly with each resident one-on-one she monitors and assists them through their recovery process. She provides spiritual counsel and accountability to the residents through the Genesis Process curriculum in which she is certified.

A graduate of the program herself, Jenny's life was so positively affected that she feels a strong calling to bring Humble House stories to the public and raise money for the very program that helped change her life. Public Speaking is one of her strong points, from giving a tour of our facilities, getting in front of churches, or holding fundraisers, Jenny does it all with purpose and passion. Kristy is our first program graduate of Humble House! Her love and dedication for the program and the women we serve has opened the opportunity to hire her on as our Panama City Director of Transitional Housing. 

Krystal Strickland Panama City Case Manager

Jovana is a Administrative & Case Management Assistant at Humble House. Working directly with staff and clients, aiding them in assisting with day to day tasks. With over 14 years of ministry experience, she is a huge asset to our staff and clients in our ministry.

Emily is the Case Manager for the Tallahassee campus. She brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. Since 2008, she has passionately served as a volunteer in addiction ministry across diverse environments, including the Most Excellent Way, Bethel Village, Bay County Jail, Gadsden Correctional Facility, and Humble House. Emily is deeply committed to discipleship and Bible literacy. Through personalized, individual sessions, she carefully tracks and supports each resident's progress during their recovery journey. Utilizing her certification in Genesis Process curriculum, she offers spiritual guidance and fosters accountability among the residents.

​Kayla is one of Tallahassee's first graduates and staff members to join our team. Kayla serves as our Administrative & Case Management Assistant. She oversees the operations of the house and assisting our ladies with medical appointments and other needs along their recovery process. Kayla is hoping to become certified in the Genesis Process to then start overseeing our transitional ladies.

Brooke Mould is a graduate of Humble House Ministries and currently works as the Store Manager at Humble House Thrift Store: Furniture and More. While managing the store, Brooke also gets to work with the ladies in the program being a living testimony of what God has done in her life.
