Rachel Duvall is the founder and acting CEO of Humble House Ministries, where she brings over 20 years of experience in addiction ministry. Prior to establishing Humble House, Rachel served as the Director of Bethel Village's faith-based recovery program and homeless shelter for women and children with the Panama City Rescue Mission for more than six years. She also spent 17 years as the Ladies Ministry Assistant for The Most Excellent Way ministry at First Baptist Church of Panama City.

In addition to her leadership roles, Rachel currently works as a contract worker with the Bay County Jail, focusing on meeting the spiritual needs of the female population and assisting them with re-entry upon their release. Through her extensive experience, she has recognized the critical need for long-term discipleship recovery programs with transitional housing, enabling women to successfully reintegrate into society.

Rachel's passion lies in helping mothers reunify with their children, and she is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for families in need. Humble House Ministries opened its doors in September 2020 in Panama City, Florida, and continues to make a meaningful impact in the community.
