Rachel Duvall is the founder and  CEO of Humble House Ministries, where she brings over 20 years of experience in addiction ministry. Prior to establishing Humble House, Rachel served as the Director of Bethel Village's faith-based recovery program and homeless shelter for women and children with the Panama City Rescue Mission for more than six years. She also spent 17 years as the Ladies Ministry Assistant for The Most Excellent Way ministry at First Baptist Church of Panama City.

In addition to her leadership roles, Rachel currently works as a contract worker with the Bay County Jail, focusing on meeting the spiritual needs of the female population and assisting them with re-entry upon their release. Through her extensive experience, she has recognized the critical need for long-term discipleship recovery programs with transitional housing, enabling women to successfully reintegrate into society.

Rachel's passion lies in helping mothers reunify with their children, and she is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for families in need. Humble House Ministries opened its doors in September 2020 in Panama City, Florida, and continues to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Brittany Seachrist serves as the Director of our Tallahassee Ministry Branch, which she helped launch in 2021 under the leadership and mentorship of Rachel Duvall. Brittany brings a deep, personal commitment to every individual who comes through and crosses paths with our programs. She is dedicated to ensuring each person is seen, valued, and supported with dignity, compassion, and purpose, creating an environment rooted in faith, excellence, and restoration.

Brittany has extensive experience in faith-based recovery ministry. She formerly served for six years with the Most Excellent Way ministry in Panama City, ministering in detox units, jails, and prisons. She also worked for three years as a Case Manager under Rachel Duvall at Bethel Village, the Panama City Rescue Mission’s faith-based recovery program for women.

With a heart for women struggling with addiction, Brittany finds great joy in witnessing lives transformed as women experience freedom, healing, and discover their new identity in Christ. Her leadership is guided by integrity and a passion to walk alongside individuals on their journey toward wholeness, empowering them to embrace hope and lasting change.

Brittany is certified in Genesis Process Counseling, a relapse prevention tool incorporated into our curriculum, and is also a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist with the State of Florida.

Crystal Cook serves as the Recovery Case Manager and Program Manager at Humble
House in Panama City. She has served faithfully for The Most Excellent Way Ministry
since 2021. Her passion for helping women overcome addiction flows from her own
powerful testimony of experiencing freedom from addiction, anxiety and depression
through Gods deliverance and grace. She began working for Humble House in 2022,
Where she works with the women, some of which have lost their children to Department
of Children and Families, walking alongside them as they work to reunify with their
children and rebuild stable, healthy God honoring lives. She is certified as a Genesis
Process Coach, which is a biblical relapse prevention workbook, utilizing the Genesis
Process curriculum to help women identify destructive patterns, heal from past trauma,
and establish a firm foundation rooted in biblical Truth. She also gets to work one on
one with women through a biblical 12 step Relapse Prevention book, Power to Choose
equipping women with practical tools, spiritual guidance, and accountability for long-
term recovery. She is deeply passionate about helping women who struggle with
addiction rediscover their God-given identity, break cycles of shame and bondage, and
rebuild their lives in a way that honors Christ. Her mission is to see women healed,
restored , and empowered to walk confidently in freedom and purpose.
